I should like to think that I've only missed seeing such enchanting flowers here, but I'm afraid that Hayes Common, et al., just have better ones than ours. And we haven't killed our bees, either (in fact, we raise bees here). It must be soil and climate and history: total ecology Prince Charles would say (I heard him say so on TV some 15 years ago).
